Your coffee, as always, is spectacular. Your grinding process is exceptionally good. As I require my coffee medium ground for a French press, the flavour is delightful, and as for your hot chocolate, what a triump three of the flavours I've tasted are.

What to do when you love coffee but can’t handle the effects of caffeine? Well, I searched around for quality decaffeinated coffee but most were ‘meh’. Then I found Di Stefano’s decaffeinato. . They use the Swiss water method: the aroma and taste is to die for. It’s now I go to daily cup.

I recently visited Sydney and purchased a cup of coffee from a local coffee shop in Chinatown. The coffee was very very good and I noted the brand of supplier the shop was using which I contacted via email to ask the type of coffee the shop used. Di Stefano staff responded positively and quickly and since that reply, I ordered the coffee plus another variety to try (delivery by mail to Brisbane) and I have not been disappointed. Great Coffee and ordering and delivery very prompt.
