Extraction and Brewing
We recommend brewing these beans with a traditional espresso machine so you can completely extract their delicate flavour. This single origin has a medium to dark roast with a Colombian origin. Extract for 27s to 32s on a 24g weight for optimal cream. When using this method, the expected yield will provide you with about 40 g of liquid or 60 ml's of espresso.
