Our 109 Specialty Coffee Beans 1kg are medium to dark roast coffee beans that provide the perfect fusion of bold cherry and sweet lemon with caramel undertones. Our Specialty Coffee Blend provides a refreshing yet understated coffee experience due to its unique properties.

The 109 is tri-continental with Arabica and Robusta varietals lightly roasted to provide a unique caffeine experience. As seen in cafe's right across New South Wales, we bring to you quality coffee enjoyed from the comfort of your own abode.

Extraction and Brewing
We recommend brewing these medium roast coffee beans with a paper filter pour over because of the unique properties of this blend. Extract for 150s to 210s including blooming time on a 23.5g weight for optimal flavour. The expected yield from this method will provide you with about 180ml to 200ml of filter coffee. Please note that the grind for a paper filter is much coarser than an espresso style allowing for more floral tones to cut through.
