Our 109 Specialty Coffee Beans 250g are medium to dark roasted coffee beans that will keep you coming back. If you're looking for a premium, stronger flavoured cup in the morning, these specialty coffee beans will be perfect for you. They're a blend of bold cherry and sweet lemon, that creates caramel tones on the palate that provide a refreshing yet understated flavour.

At Di Stefano, we strive to provide a coffee experience that is more premium than your standard bag of beans. This bean can be found in various cafes across New South Wales and Australia, but they can be enjoyed just as much from the supreme comfort of your own abode.

Extraction and Brewing
We recommend your basket dosage be between 23.5 to 24 grams in weight. Couple this with a common extraction time of 27 to 32 seconds and you can expect a final product that tastes as the packet reads.
