Yes, our capsules are guaranteed to work with all Nespresso® original machines (DeLonghi/Breville), including models like Essenza, Citiz, Pixie, Lattissima, U, and Inissia. However, they are not compatible with the Nespresso® VertuoLine system or third-party machines not made by Nespresso® (DeLonghi/Breville).
If you're not satisfied with how our capsules perform in your compatible machine, just contact us within 14 days of delivery. As long as the capsules are returned in their original packaging and suitable for resale, we’ll issue a refund (excluding delivery charges) once we receive and inspect the product.
