Extraction and Brewing
We recommend brewing these coffee beans with a paper filter pour over because of the unique properties of this blend. Extract for 150s to 210s including blooming time on a 23.5g weight for optimal flavour. The expected yield from this method will provide you with about 180ml to 200ml of filter coffee. Please note that the grind for a paper filter is much coarser than an espresso style allowing for more floral tones to cut through.
