We have debunked the myth that decaf coffee beans are flavourless with our Decaffeinato beans. This blend truly does boast high quality taste, down largely to the Swiss Water Process these beans are produced with. They're decaf coffee beans from the growing region of Colombia that delivers a medium strength decaf coffee, with tropical flavour notes.

Expect hints of honey, mango and coconut when drinking your cup, and remember to always follow our Extraction and Brewing instructions for optimum tasting decaf coffee beans every time.

Extraction and Brewing
We recommend brewing these decaf coffee beans beans with a traditional espresso machine so you can completely extract their delicate flavour. Extract for 27s to 32s on a 24g weight for optimal cream. When using this method, the expected yield will provide you with about 40 g of liquid or 60 ml's of espresso.

Di Stefano Coffee have proudly donated to ReForest Now to support the restoration of critically endangered rainforest in Australia. We have restored a hectare (4356 trees) in one year, with approximately 750 tonnes of CO2e stored per hectare from the atmosphere.

ReForest Now grow and plant complex, diverse subtropical rainforest with a stratified canopy (multiple vegetation layers) with our contribution being planted in the Northern Rivers region of NSW. ReForest Now is a not-for profit enterprise with extensive programs in nursery care, tree planting, and regeneration in Australia that are crucial parts of fighting climate change and extinction crises.
