Profile
Smooth, rich and refined. These Water Processed Decaf Coffee Beans are medium roasted, to produce a rich flavour that is perfectly suited for all coffee types. This is a single origin bean from Colombia, full of tropical notes. It's medium strength still boasts the highest quality and taste. These aren't decaf coffee beans like you've known previously. Expect notes of citrus and spice that will enrich the palate, only for a chocolatey tone to bring your tastebuds to life.

Find it in cafes across the country, or bring the cafe to your home. These are decaffeinated coffee beans, expertly produced through water processing, that will liven your coffee experience in your own four walls.

Extraction and Brewing
We recommend brewing these decaf coffee beans with a traditional espresso machine so you can completely extract their delicate flavour. This single origin has a medium to dark roast with a Colombian origin. Extract for 27s to 32s on a 24g weight for optimal cream. The expected yield from this method will provide you with about 40g of liquid or 60 ml's of espresso.

Decaffeinated coffee that’s the bomb!

What to do when you love coffee but can’t handle the effects of caffeine? Well, I searched around for quality decaffeinated coffee but most were ‘meh’. Then I found Di Stefano’s decaffeinato. . They use the Swiss water method: the aroma and taste is to die for. It’s now I go to daily cup.
