Grown in the highlands of Veracruz, this Marsellesa lot is cultivated through The Santuario Project and finished using the Red Honey process — a method where a generous amount of the coffee cherry's natural mucilage is left on the bean during drying, unlocking greater sweetness, body and complexity.
The result is a vibrant, layered cup: ripe red fruit, honeyed sweetness and delicate florals up front, with tasting notes of ripe cherry, brown sugar and honey carrying through to the finish. Smooth, balanced and endlessly drinkable.
