Extraction and Brewing
We recommend brewing these beans with a traditional espresso machine so you can completely extract their delicate flavor. This single origin has a medium to dark roast with a Colombian origin. Extract for 27s to 32s on a 24g weight for optimal cream. The expected yield from this method will provide you with about 40g of liquid or 60ml's of espresso.
Decaffeinated Coffee Process
Our Decaffeinato beans use the Colombian Mountain Water process. Using melted glacial water, we gently steam the green beans and then saturate them in water with the flavor compounds of coffee. The next step is to dry the beans, analyze them for flaws and cup them for flavor.
